You will be involved in the following activities Support to the Quality function, including complaint handling, Product Quality Review (PQR) analysis, and tender request management. Assistance in managing temperature excursions of incoming products as well as products from the production site. Support in handling product and service complaints. Participation in conference calls and internal meetings. Preparation of Excel reports, Excel files, and PowerPoint presentations.
