

As a Product Development Project Manager at Lancôme, you will be at the heart of creating our future global pillars. You will play an active role in innovating and bringing tomorrow's products to life, driven by the excellence and high standards of luxury. Your responsabilities will include : 1. Imagine the future of Lancôme : trends and concepts - If you are passionate about Skincare innovation: You will contribute to creating future beauty rituals for our flagship franchises such as Génifique, Absolue, or Rénergie. Your role will be to identify emerging trends and consumer insights specific to the luxury skincare market. You will participate in defining innovative product concepts, translating a creative vision into concrete specifications for the R&D teams. - If you are driven by Fragrance emotion: You will help nurture the aura of our global fragrances, such as La Vie est Belle, Idôle, and Trésor. You will identify new ways to express the brand's olfactive heritage while ensuring our icons continue to resonate with modern luxury expectations. 2. Formula and packaging development management: In close collaboration with Research & Innovation (R&I), development laboratories, and packaging teams, you will oversee the various stages of formula creation (sensoriality, performance, safety) and packaging (aesthetics, innovation, durability), ensuring the embodiment of Lancôme identity and luxury quality standards. 3. Transversal project management: You will coordinate the different phases of the product development cycle, from ideation to industrialization, interacting with a wide range of teams (strategic marketing, regulatory, scientific affairs, supply chain, purchasing, external suppliers). You will ensure adherence to allocated schedules and budgets.
