We are seeking a high-potential hospitality master’s recent graduate to support a strategic global operations project reporting directly to a Hyatt EAME Executive Committee member. This is a temporary, project-based role (around 3 months) offered as an internship or freelance engagement. It provides meaningful impact, executive exposure, and entry point into the company. Start date: As soon as possible About the Project Hyatt’s global pre-opening project management platform (critical path tool), Pacer, manages the lifecycle tasks of properties from pre-opening or conversion through operational transition. As Hyatt expands, we are reviewing all departmental tasks to have a unified approach that centralizes all individual tasks into a single project baseline by type of hotel conversion or opening, while using supplemental baselines to capture regional, brand, and ownership-specific requirements. This project will restructure and standardize operational baselines globally — and you will play a key role in delivering it. Your role As Operations Senior Analyst, you will have direct exposure to Hyatt global teams. And the opportunity to influence Hyatt’s global opening framework. As Senior Operations Strategy Analyst, you will: Conduct a comprehensive review of all global baseline task structures (pre-opening, conversion, regional, brand, ownership) Identify and extract universal operational requirements Classify region-, brand-, and ownership-specific nuances Eliminate duplication and standardize task language Design a scalable baseline framework Deliver implementation-ready documentation and structured task libraries Maintain classification trackers, gap logs, and progress updates Participate in weekly executive progress reviews
