The F&B Service Intern (Waiter/Waitress) will assist the restaurant and bar teams in delivering high-quality service to hotel guests. This internship offers the opportunity to learn service standards in a luxury resort environment while developing customer service and hospitality skills. Key Responsibilities * Assist waiters and supervisors during restaurant service. * Help with table setup, mise en place, and restaurant preparation before service. * Serve food and beverages following the hotel’s service standards. * Ensure tables and service areas remain clean and organized. * Support the team in delivering a high level of guest satisfaction. * Learn about menu items, ingredients, and beverage offerings. * Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow. * Follow hygiene, safety, and service protocols.
