Job Description

Assist the project management team with various operational tasks such as but not limited to: * Support in the management of project agendas * Support in taking project meeting minutes and follow up on agreed action items * Support in preparing presentations and communication * Support in the preparation of project meeting and workshops * Support in budget control and preparation of the forecast * Lead project management meetings * Leadership of assigned activities within a project

Requirements

Able to take the initiative and demonstrate autonomy to execute assigned responsibilities
Must have a very proactive personality
Currently enrolled in Business Administration, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, and other related fields
Advanced written and verbal skills in English
Advanced level in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and AI tools
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills, problem solving and listening skills
Experience in project management (preferred)
Experience in process analysis (preferred)
Knowledge of JIRA project management tool (preferred)
Strong analytical skills
