Support regional manager and BI responsible for specific optimization actions Participation together with the RTs in the inventory tasks and ERP transactions. Obsolete program. Identification. Monthly FC in both material cost & inventory Activation via mail/phone of initiatives such as returning material, claiming arrival of urgent orders and error resolution. Review/update Flowstar database upon OSAE mentorship : Standardize data upload format as well as correct incorrect uploads from the past. (This exercise will provide great training value in terms of typology of rotating equipment and sealing systems). Interface between LCA / QRC departments for workload management. Training among the time being present together the RT and OSAE in the seal repair process ; This will help to make the usual entry trainings for any new RT or OSAE.
