Choose an internship at NTS in Eindhoven and discover how we make it possible together. Your internship/assignment As a Recruitment intern, you will be part of the central recruitment team at NTS. You will work closely with the Recruitment Business Partner, HR colleagues, and hiring managers spread across multiple locations in the Netherlands and beyond. Together, we work on attracting, recruiting, and retaining talent within a high-tech manufacturing company in motion. What will you do? During your internship at NTS, you will be actively involved in the entire recruitment process and contribute to optimizing processes and systems. You will have a broad and educational task package with room for initiative, development, and impact. Your internship is more than just participating. You will have the opportunity to learn, take responsibility, and delve into topics that interest you. Together, we determine where your learning goals and ambitions lie. A selection of your tasks: Supporting in vacancy intakes, drafting and posting vacancies, following up on applicants and (telephone) screenings; Scheduling interviews, follow-up, and active participation in onboarding; Sourcing candidates and building talent pools; Managing and improving the ATS (Recruitee), workflows, and templates; Contributing to Employer branding and labor market communication campaigns; Researching improvements in process optimization, automations, (AI) tools, and enhancing the entire candidate journey; Supporting in organizing student events or campus activities.
