Job Description

Supporting the preparation and follow-up of compliance training sessions and contributing to the development of training materials * Assisting with the compliance-related review of adviser contracts and preparing decision-making documents * Processing legitimacy enquiries from clients and partner banks in close cooperation with the team and ensuring accurate and complete documentation * Taking on administrative tasks related to the organisation’s compliance tools * Gaining valuable insights into the work of the Compliance Counsels

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an advanced degree programme in Law / Legal Studies, Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics or a comparable legal or business-related field
Enthusiasm for compliance-related topics and the willingness to familiarise yourself with new subject areas
Proficient user skills in German and English
Quick comprehension, a careful and structured working style and enjoyment in preparing topics in a clear and organised manner
Communicating clearly and appropriately for different audiences and proactively coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders
