Support the Finance team in the tasks performed by the different services of the Department: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Central Cashier, Goods Receipt, Savings and Purchasing in general. What you will do Assist the different team members in the preparation of the daily list of checks to be cashed, the control of the cash float, the distribution and control of the different cash registers of the hotel in accordance with the standards and procedures of the Group. Support in processing and recording of charges and payments of accounts receivable and participating in the monitoring of credit procedures throughout the hotel in accordance with local and Four Seasons Group standards and procedures
