Requirements

You are currently studying (HR, Psychology, Marketing, or related fields) or holding a degree and want to grow in the People & Culture area.
Have creative mindset – you like thinking outside the box when it comes to communication and events.
Have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and a flair for data management.
Have a "can-do" attitude, solution-oriented thinking, and a high level of empathy.
Possesses great attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Are an excellent communicator in both Polish and English (Czech is huge plus!)
