




The role ensures the proper functioning of facilities in compliance with standards of efficiency, safety, and sustainability. Main Responsibilities: * Support the operational management of company premises (offices, warehouses, common areas). * Management of relationships with the Tenants and with the subjects appointed by the Tenents, in relation to technical and maintenance aspects; * Monitor external service providers (cleaning, maintenance, security, utilities). * Assist in planning and monitoring routine and extraordinary maintenance. * Manage internal requests or direct reports. * Support to Property Managers in the preparation of an ordinary and extraordinary budget. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Contribute to improvement or renovation projects. * Update technical documentation (layouts, floor plans, manuals). * Prepare periodic reports and KPIs related to facility management activities. * Support for user data collection.
