Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Territory Management Team. What You'll do Within the Strategic Marketing team, you will join the Territory Management team. In this role, you will support the full Marketing Data Analysis process, from maintaining and enhancing the Marketing Data Infrastructure (SQL database) to delivering accurate analyses (reporting, standard analyses) and developing statistical tools (clustering, scoring). You will take an active role in the following activities: * Support the end-to-end Data Analysis process, from data collection to interpretation. * Provide Marketing, Sales, and other internal stakeholders with data analyses, insights, and data mining tools. * Analyze current market coverage to identify opportunities for increased productivity or high‑potential areas for future investments. * Capture customer and business insights and communicate them promptly to relevant stakeholders. * Develop business simulations to support proposals, initiatives, and improvement projects. Requirements

  • BSc degree in Marketing, IT Engineering, Statistics or Business Intelligence
