Contribute to logistics engineering and continuous improvement activities to strengthen flow stability, standardization, and productivity * Take ownership of organizing supermarket/shopstock routines to support smooth feeding to production—including layout/standardization topics, visual management, and deviation follow-up * Coordinate supplier communication and actively follow up on ASN and labeling topics (data completeness, timing, deviations), strengthening the connection with suppliers and preparing escalations when needed * Drive transport protocol creation and follow-up, support transport invoice control and contribute to transport optimization initiatives * Maintain key trackers and provide reliable data/reporting to support weekly follow-ups (actions, deviations, recurring issues) and improvement priorities * Contribute to quality and risk awareness in logistics processes (including risk assessment and FMEA inputs where required) and support claims-related follow-up by collecting facts and tracking actions to closure * Maintain and update work instructions / standardization after changes, issues, or improvement actions, ensuring updates are clearly communicated to stakeholders
