From the paving in our city centres to the roofs over our heads, Marshalls plc has been leading the way since the 1890s. We are a FTSE 250 Superbrand, but we do more than just manufacture; we create the foundations of the world around us. Our engineering experts are the powerhouses that keep our machines running smoothly, and we are now looking for our 2026 Engineering Apprentices to join our team and help shape the future of Marshalls. We don’t just recruit talent; we build it! We have spent the last three years building a proven, structured apprenticeship programme, welcoming 34 ambitious engineers into our team so far. This year, we are expanding even further, hiring 17 new apprentices across the UK. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a successful, supportive community and start a career with a company that truly invests in you. Find out more about Engineering Apprenticeships here. Years 2 to 4: Hands on Experience at our Sandy manufacturing site to put your skills into action The Result: Qualify as a Maintenance Engineer with a permanent job
