• Sourcing and engaging active and passive candidates through diverse recruitment channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, the company’s ATS, and jobsite applications • Creating and posting job ads across multiple platforms to attract top talent • Conducting initial candidate screenings • Maintaining and documenting accurate, up‑to‑date recruitment data and metrics to support continuous process improvement • Collaborating and guiding recruiters and stakeholders to support recruitment initiatives and hiring goals

Requirements
