The rotational internship programme is designed to help students graduating in 2028 or 2029 explore a variety of teams across Asset Management operations, deepening their understanding of the range of careers available within investment management support functions, and the wider investment management industry generally. As an intern, and whatever you’re studying, we’ll help make sure you get the most out of your time with us. Fidelity is a fantastic place to learn, innovate and grow. There are expert colleagues around the world to learn from and share ideas with. During the 10 week summer programme, you’ll complete rotations in two of the Dublin based teams listed below, with exact rotations to be determined by the FIL Early Careers Team in Spring 2026: * Fund Accounting - Perform multiple tasks ensuring our investors receive accurate NAV information * Trade Management Serivces - responsible for full trade lifecycle to ensure accuracy and control across all asset classes * Product Delivery - Implementation of product launch process working with multiple stakeholders * Client Services - person-to-person interactions in order to deliver a holistic integrated experience for our clients
