Supporting the Loan Capital Markets team in the origination and execution of acquisition financing and other syndicated loan transactions * Performing financial analyses of companies and their capital structures across sectors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland * Preparing financial models including a detailed cash flow analysis and future projections * Creating slide decks for client meetings and internal reports, drafting credit committee memorandums * Collaborating with other CIB teams (Corporate Coverage, DCM, M&A, ECM etc.) on cross-product solutions
