Job Description

Supporting the Loan Capital Markets team in the origination and execution of acquisition financing and other syndicated loan transactions * Performing financial analyses of companies and their capital structures across sectors in Germany, Austria and Switzerland * Preparing financial models including a detailed cash flow analysis and future projections * Creating slide decks for client meetings and internal reports, drafting credit committee memorandums * Collaborating with other CIB teams (Corporate Coverage, DCM, M&A, ECM etc.) on cross-product solutions

Requirements

Currently pursuing an academic degree, ideally in business administration, finance, accounting or economics
Strong quantitative / financial modelling and communication skills – first professional experience in corporate finance is an advantage
Analytical mindset and ability to deliver excellent results under tight deadlines
Enthusiastic team player who thrives in a dynamic transaction-driven environment
Fully proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
Fluent in English with a good knowledge of German
