Support the Banking and Finance team on a daily basis in preparation of first drafts of Bulgarian law and English law finance and security documents (e.g. loan agreements, pledge agreements and mortgages, corporate guarantees, etc.). Perform research of regulations and court practice, assist with translations, etc. Assist in the process of collection and review of CPs (conditions precedent) documents. Support the more senior staff with drafting board resolutions and other corporate documents, legal opinions, etc. Work in close co-operation with more senior staff and peers.
