We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specializing in Customer Order Management – Wholegoods operations for our Power Generation & Engine business segment in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid. * Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates. * Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information. * Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details. * Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists). * Monitor order progress, escalate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the Low KVA portfolio. * Support logistics activities by validating shipping data and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams. * Prepare operational reports and ensure data accuracy in line with ISO 9001 quality standards. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization and work standard documentation.
