The adidas EU eCom Strategic Planning & Head Office (SP&HO) team helps define the future direction of the EU eCom channel (in partnership with our Global Digital and EU Marketplace partners) while at the same time delivering positive and rewarding experiences in the now to the people part of the eCom Community. As our Strategic Planning & Head Office (SP&HO) Intern, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across both Strategic Planning & Head Office teams. Whether it’s looking into the future for opportunities beyond our current consumer experience or delivering a meaningful employee experiences to the larger EU eCom community, you’ll find yourself at the heart of EU eCom. GROW YOUR CAPABILITIES THROUGH MEANINGFUL TASKS & PROJECTS * Support weekly eCom Community Huddles by confirming key topics & presenters tied to our annual strategy * Contribute to the success of key activation moments during the year, like Black Friday and our People Development workshops * Ensure internal communication channels are current and encourage participation & knowledge sharing * Help us identify new experiences to implement on our .com in 2027, 2028 & beyond
