As an intern you are a full member of the team and you will perform the same tasks as an analyst! This entails a lot of responsibility, which makes the learning curve steep What will you do? * Participate in creating business valuations (Excel modeling) * Creating and presenting market, add-on and competition analyses * Analyzing investment proposals * Develop transaction structures and write Non-Binding Offers for potential new deals * Be actively involved in the entire deal process * Where possible, you may participate in external management meetings during the process
