VOS MISSIONS EN QUELQUES MOTS 🔹 Administration du personnel * Gestion des dossiers du personnel (contrats, avenants, absences) * Gestion des congés et absences * Suivi des entrées et sorties (onboarding/offboarding) * Mise à jour des bases de données RH * Suivi des visites médicales 🔹 Recrutement et Formation * Participation au recrutement (Offres d’emplois, sourcing, entretiens) * Appui à la gestionnaire RH sur le volet formation (Suivi PDC, organisation des formations) 🔹 Projet RH * Participation au projet de CSP et accompagnement au changement * Groupe de travail et mise en place d’un SIRH sur différentes thématiques * Divers projets internes

Étudiant(e) en Bac +3 à Bac +5 en Ressources Humaines, Droit social, Gestion ou équivalent.
