Join our best-in-class Sales Traineeship Program to become Key Account Manager. We provide you with a comprehensive development opportunity to build and expand your knowledge based on personal experiences with industry experts and great managers who will invest in your development. About the Program Already in the beginning of your journey you will be fully responsible for delivering projects related to real customers. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future. You will plan and develop business, learn the specifics of categories and customers and how to sell what to whom. During the program you will: * Work with key market retailers (like Metro, ATB, Eva) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. * Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies. * Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. * Develop your negotiating and sales skills as well as your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding. * Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)

Requirements

  • Students of the 3rd-6th year of study or recent university graduates
  • Upper-intermediate level of English & fluent Ukrainian
  • Valid driver's license (or willingness to get one in the future)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid mode (3 times/week from the office in Kyiv)
  • Strong problem solving, interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical thinking
  • Positive attitude towards challenges and changes
