About the Program Already in the beginning of your journey you will be fully responsible for delivering projects related to real customers. You will influence in-store promotions, executions, visibility, sufficient stock level and learn priceless retail experience for your future. During the program you will: * Work with key market retailers (like Metro, ATB, Eva) getting an understanding of the customers and shoppers needs and contributing to recommendations on assortment, merchandising and promotions. * Build positive relationships with customers and effectively collaborate with them in critical business areas like space & location, promotion support, developing right assortment, shelving, and merchandising strategies. * Acquire a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements. * Develop your negotiating and sales skills as well as your financial & marketing skills, analytical insights, and logistical understanding. * Collaborate with a diverse group of people from different functions (Finance, Marketing, Manufacturing sites, Suppliers, Product Supply)
