As an intern, you will join the HR Information Systems team, a group of professionals with both functional expertise in Human Resources and strong technological skills. During your internship you will be based in our CNH Headquarters in Torino.You will support the team in various activities aimed at enhancing HR processes and the employee experience through digital tools. Specifically, you will: * Collaborate with the HR function to understand key processes (such as HR Administration, Talent Management & Acquisition, and Learning & Development), and work closely with the IT department to translate functional requirements into technological solutions. * Contribute to improving the employee experience for all CNH Industrial employees by leveraging digital platforms and tools. * Learn to communicate effectively across different business functions and work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. * Develop skills in translating business inputs into both functional and technical documentation. * Support various project phases, including design, configuration, and testing.
