The candidate will work supporting the workplace 3rd line team. He/she will provide endpoints, device management and workplace services. The role will involve analysis of recurring issues, troubleshooting beyond standard procedures, and participation in the improvement of existing solutions, documentation and processes. The candidate will be trained by the team and will progressively gain autonomy in handling advanced technical tasks.
