




You will be an integral part of Balenciaga's retail training team, assisting them on a daily basis. How you will contribute ? * Adapt product training content for morning briefs: extract key messages, simplify formats (e.g. 5-minute focus, quick quizzes), and create visual or interactive supports. * Coordinate the Training Ambassador Program: manage communications, organize meetings, follow up on actions, and support tool/resource development. * Support training logistics: schedule sessions, book rooms, send invitations, manage calendars. * Track training participation: monitor attendance, completion rates, and feedback; maintain trackers and dashboards. * Assist with budget monitoring: follow up on training-related expenses, invoices, and reporting. * Translate training materials and communications (English, French, Italian). * Update and organize training content libraries to ensure accessibility for store teams. * Support onboarding of new retail employees * Contribute to internal communications: newsletters, updates. * Conduct research on retail training best practices and suggest improvements. * Analyze feedback from training sessions and help identify areas for improvement. * Support the organization of internal training events or workshops (logistics, materials, participant lists).
