




This fixed-term traineeship offers a unique opportunity to gain practical insight into the Talent Acquisition function at Julius Baer, a leading global wealth manager headquartered in Zurich. Over the three-month period from 1 April to 30 June 2026, the selected candidate will work closely with experienced recruiters across various business areas to support active hiring initiatives while learning about strategic resourcing, employer branding, and candidate experience management. The programme is designed for motivated individuals interested in human resources and organisational development, providing exposure to real-world recruitment challenges within a regulated financial environment. As an integral member of the Global Human Resources team, the trainee will contribute to key stages of the recruitment lifecycle while building foundational competencies in talent acquisition.
