


As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in SAP governance, risk, compliance, and financial processes while supporting global customers and internal teams. * Learn and understand business processes and transactions in SAP GRC (Governance, Risk and Compliance) and financial modules within SAP * Support customers through real-time communication channels and tools in resolving questions related to these areas * Analyze incoming support cases and perform basic troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical or business-related issues * Collaborate closely with fellow support colleagues and other internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service * Work at least 24 hours per week (3 days) , with flexibility to adjust your schedule around your studies and the option to work partially remotely * Contribute to improving customer satisfaction by reviewing cases, identifying improvement opportunities, and sharing feedback with the team
