Job Description

Ever spent hours tracking drowners near Nilfgaard or uncovering every hidden secret in Night City? Or maybe you're just looking for a place to learn, grow, and gain hands-on experience in a unique gaming industry? If so, our RED Summer Internship is the perfect opportunity! You'll work alongside experienced professionals, tackle real tasks, and see how things run behind the scenes at our studio. Apply now and take your first step into the world of gamedev. Daily responsibilities Support the team on their daily need: * On the discipline team you will be assigned to, attend to the daily scrums, identify any potential on-going issues and help solve them * Help the lead of the discipline you will be assigned to to prepare the content of the weekly reviews * Help the production team by keeping a clear track of the daily progress of the team you are assigned to and escalate any issue that will need it. * Be an active participant in tracking the conversation held during reviews and help process their aftermath.

Requirements

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are a fresh high school graduate or a university student.
  • You are going to reside in Poland throughout the whole internship.
  • You are available from the beginning of July until the end of September (40h/week).
  • You have a good command of English.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
