Job Description

Reporting to the Compliance Manager and part of the Finance team at the Palalda site (66), you will join a Financial Compliance department that is rapidly growing after an internal reorganization, combining audit, internal control, risk mapping management, guideline development, and compliance culture reinforcement. You will be involved in a group-wide international scope, interacting with diverse and multicultural stakeholders. You will actively contribute to strengthening financial compliance practices and support high‑impact projects for the group while developing your autonomy and cross‑functional understanding of processes.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Accounting, Control, Audit (CCA), Internal Audit, or Financial Administration.
Fundamentals of audit and internal control (objectives, risks, key controls)
Awareness of SAPIN II requirements and financial compliance issues
Understanding of multi‑entity environments
Principles of financial accounting
Analysis and understanding of financial processes
Ability to document and structure existing processes
Risk identification and assessment of control mechanisms
Drafting clear and usable deliverables (processes, procedures, findings) in English
Use of office tools (SAP, Via Report, Pivot Tables in Excel, ideally macros)
