As a Working Student in Customer Success Management, you will support our Belgian Marketplace team in managing and growing relationships with our sellers. You will play an essential role in supporting our marketplace sellers and helping them thrive on our platform. Your daily work will include handling seller inquiries, helping improve their performance through data and insights, and ensuring the accuracy and approval of product listings through cross-functional collaboration. You will also contribute to ongoing projects focused on automating and scaling internal workflows. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience in e-commerce operations, customer success, and digital marketplace strategy within an international environment.
