Join Back Market's dynamic Seller Success team as the driving force behind our seller ecosystem! As Europe's leading refurbished electronics marketplace, we're revolutionizing how businesses connect with millions of customers across the EU, the UK and the US. As a Seller Activation Intern (Onboarding & Seller Support) , you'll be at the heart of our growth strategy, transforming thousands of potential sellers into thriving Back Market partners. You'll master the art of business prioritization, relationship building, and data-driven decision making while gaining hands-on experience in one of Europe's fastest-growing tech companies. This isn't just about processing applications – you'll be identifying high-potential business opportunities, strategically prioritizing sellers based on market potential, and directly impacting our marketplace expansion across Europe and the United States. At the same time, you'll play a hands-on role in improving how we work — collaborating with cross-functional teams to spot inefficiencies in our seller activation processes and helping design better, more scalable solutions.

Requirements

  • Seeking a 6-month full-time internship (Gap Year or End of Studies welcome)
  • Fluent English - you'll be the voice of Back Market to international sellers
  • Excel proficiency including pivot tables and data analysis capabilities
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail - you'll manage high-volume, process-intensive workflows
  • Passionate about business development/sales with a keen eye for identifying opportunities
  • Structured approach to work with ability to prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Salesforce experience or CRM familiarity
  • Previous commercial or e-commerce experience
  • Proactive mindset with initiative for process improvements
  • Additional European languages
