





Supporting the creation of standard processes and governance documents to standardize and enhance project planning and risk management practices Assist analyses within the department to support informative decision making Facilitate quality checks of developed software interfaces to ensure functionality and compliance with project requirements Contribute to the development, maintenance, and regular updates of generic risk registers Help with the Active Risk Manager (ARM) administration and perform regular quality checks to ensure risk entries are accurate, current, and properly categorized Implement weather calendars to support the calculation of offshore campaigns Contribute to the creation and optimization of processes both within the team and across departments, improving efficiency and collaboration Participate in the monthly reporting to the Offshore Project Management Team
