Job Description

As a Solutions Engineer (also known as Presales Consultant or Sales Engineer), you'll work with the sales team to create tailored solutions for customers. You'll be a trusted advisor, helping translate business needs into impactful recommendations and guiding customers through their transformation journey. What You’ll Do Solution Design: Design technical solutions that address customer needs and support the preparation of tailored technical proposals. Content Creation: Assist in creating engaging presentation assets in various formats (slides, videos, demos) to support customer conversations. Collaboration: Partner with the Solution Engineering team to ensure the successful delivery of projects. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders (e.g., Professional Services, Alliances) to align solutions with specific customer requirements. Performance Tracking: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track team performance and project success. Operational Support: Assist with internal operations and special projects to streamline team efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at a Milan-based University
  • expected graduation year of 2027
  • Ability to sign a University Agreement Tirocinio Curriculare with your school for the full internship duration (10 months).
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required (both oral and written).
  • Inquisitive, practical, and passionate about technology.
  • You enjoy being the first to understand why and how things work.
  • A natural experimenter who loves to concentrate on complex topics, search out information, and solve puzzles.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • You are good at explaining ideas and finding creative ways to keep people’s attention.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to solve problems in dynamic, energizing environments.
