Job Description

Siamo alla ricerca di una persona da inserire all'interno della Global Central Function Purchasing, area Purchasing Excellence & Supplier Sustainability, per un periodo di 6 mesi che, affiancando il tutor di riferimento, sarà formata rispetto alle seguenti attività: - Preparazione dashboard e supporto a data analysis per reportistica su tematiche ESG e Processi (Excel, PowerBI); - Predisposizione e programmazione sistemi di automazione con PowerApps, Copilot, Power Automate; - Supporto a preparazione materiale informativo (Powerpoint, Pagine SharePoint) per meeting intra e extra dipartimento; - Supporto a preparazione campagne in ambito di Data Transparency e ESG; - Supporto e interfaccia verso comunità Acquisti per tematiche su GO-LIVE ERP e campagne ESG; - Interfaccia comunicativa con panel selezionato di fornitori partner nell'area Sustainability/Excellence e fornitori impegnati nelle campagne.

Requirements

Laureando/a o neolaureato/a in Economia, Informatica, Ingegneria Gestionale, Meccanica o Ambientale
Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel, Power BI o PowerApps)
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
