Hilti’s Outperformer Program is a one-of-a-kind global management development traineeship. From day one, you will be immersed in core logistics topics such as demand planning, transport tendering and warehouse operations. What You'll do This program is designed to prepare you for a rewarding international supply chain leadership career. In this fast-tracked, 2 years program, you’ll be placed at the heart of our customer-focused business model, providing you with a first-hand experience in our core logistics functions from day one where you get to engage with senior management and have a dedicated mentor to guide you. Within the program, you rotate through various departments to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business and further develop your skills in different areas supporting your personal development. The program is split into four main stages: 4-6 months in materials management: dive into the heart of our supply and demand planning, manage the forecasting of a product line and experience the pulse of our business from day one. 2 months in global logistics at HQs: we will provide you with an introduction to projects in Global Logistics at our Headquarters in Liechtenstein. Get a global perspective of our Global Logistics-2030 strategy as you tackle real-world challenges and build a strong network in the global logistics teams. 4-6 months in warehouse operations: from transport management and working in a warehouse, including a first team lead experience. Get a real understanding of operations and leading operational team members in our state-of-the-art warehouses. 4-6 months in transport management: get a deep understanding of transport management, from orchestrating replenishment and last mile deliveries to managing our transport providers and engage yourself in tender negotiations. 4 months in strategic logistics projects: apply your newfound knowledge to a high-impact strategic project, driving innovation and making a tangible difference, either in your home region or in another country.
