•Placing orders based on system-generated demand; •Sending orders to suppliers; •Monitoring on-time delivery; •Tracking missing components required by the subcontractor; •Requesting and following up on delivery dates for subcomponents; •Prioritizing components for delivery to the subcontractor; •Organizing special transport when necessary; •Monitoring delivery of the final product from the subcontractor and tracking stock in the system; •Adjusting stock levels where necessary; •Responsible for inventory of components delivered to subcontractors; •Responsible for completing goods receipts and processing invoices.
