Job Description

We’re looking for a technically curious, hands-on AI Operations Intern who wants to go beyond theory and apply AI in real business environments at scale. This role is ideal for a student who has already experimented with AI tools or agents and is eager to turn those skills into real impact. You’ll work directly with our Freemium and CSM teams in Prague, helping us automate workflows, accelerate experimentation and unlock new ways of working across multiple teams.

Requirements

Student in a technical or analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Economics or similar)
Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLMs or AI agents (e.g. OpenAI, Claude, LangChain, automation tools, etc.)
Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to turn ideas into working solutions
Interest in automation, workflows and scaling systems
Clear communicator who can explain ideas simply and work well with engineers, product, marketing and CSM colleagues
Proactive attitude – you don’t wait for detailed instructions; you explore, test and build
