






We are looking for a structured and analytical Working Student to support the Country Lead and Sales organization in Switzerland. This role focuses on CRM excellence, pipeline transparency, and operational efficiency. It is a non-customer-facing position with no responsibility for negotiations or sales targets. Key Responsibilities: CRM & Sales Operations * Ensure high data quality in CRM (opportunities, stages, close dates, next steps) * Prepare and maintain pipeline and forecast views * Support week-over-week pipeline analysis * Maintain and optimize reports and dashboards Pipeline & Business Analysis (Switzerland focus) * Create weekly and monthly pipeline summaries * Identify risks such as stalled deals or coverage gaps * Support quarter readiness and deal tracking Sales & Leadership Meeting Support * Prepare agendas and pre-read materials for weekly meetings * Gather and structure inputs from the sales team * Document action items and follow-ups Ad-hoc Projects * Support the development of sales playbooks and best practices * Conduct light research on customers and accounts * Assist with enablement and reporting initiatives What This Role Does Not Include * No pricing or contract negotiations * No ownership of sales forecasts or quota commitments * No direct customer interaction * No performance management or HR responsibilities
