Job Description

As our Sales Customer Support Intern you are responsible to coordinate group reservations for all our locations. You are the The Social Hub specialist and you know how to tell the The Social Hub story, sell the The Social Hub concept, products, and services to all guests & members to make them returning guests & members by delivering the best The Social Hub experience. You identify market opportunities and know how to turn these into commercial results. You have an open mindset and always available with a friendly (digital) smile to meet all the needs of The Social Hub communities and the questions of random strangers. This is next level guest services and support: You love to connect, engage, and recognize our guests all while making every interaction a memorable one. It is because of you every guest will become a raving fan of TSH! We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team for a period of 5-6 months, starting in April/May 2026. In case you don’t know who we are (ahem): Known for being the rule breakers in hospitality, TSH is a fun, creative and inspiring environment where everyone can work, stay, learn and play and most importantly – be themselves. As an employer we look, act and think like a hotel, but instead we offer a lot more. Think student accommodation, long and short stay options, gyms, talks, events, rooftop bar and eat & drink escapes as well as community and coworking spaces. Located in The Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and the UK, with several new openings on the way, this hybrid hospitality concept may take root in the heart of Europe, but our plans are set for going global.
