Job Description

As part of the Communication team within the L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty France division, you will be an essential pillar in deploying our public relations strategies. In a highly operational role, you will be in direct contact with journalists and brands, and you will actively participate in: Operational press relations management: you will be at the heart of the action, ensuring the daily and responsive follow-up of requests from journalists and makeup artists (sending products, visuals, product sheets). You will manage the end-to-end logistics for our major operations, handle internal product stocks to ensure perfect fluidity in shipments, and oversee the budget for mailings. You will also be in charge of updating press kits and optimizing launches. Content writing and strategic monitoring: your mastery of the French language will be key in preparing and distributing our communication materials—press releases, "Save the Date" announcements, etc. You will be responsible for creating bi-monthly press reviews, conducting active competitive intelligence to analyze brand news, anticipate market trends, and inform our strategy.
