What You´ll Do * Manage daily reception operations. * Provide day-to-day information and administrative support to employees and visitors. * Coordinate mail and courier services, including sending and receiving letters and packages. * Monitor and control inventory levels of stationery, consumables, cleaning supplies, merchandising, and welcome packs. * Replenish office supplies, merchandising materials, and welcome packs as needed. * Manage, book, and prepare meeting rooms for internal meetings and external visits. * Register visitors and employees from other Destinus offices and issue access/visitor lanyards. * Arrange basic transportation for visitors and guests (e.g., taxis, Uber). * Support the Office Manager in onboarding and offboarding processes, including distributing and collecting equipment and materials. * Support onboarding and offboarding processes (equipment distribution and collection). * Assist with supplier coordination and basic follow-ups. * Support food orders for employees and visitors. * Assist with warehouse organization and material distribution. * Support internal event setup and logistics. * Help maintain and update employee databases.
