Being an Operations Agent - Part-time at our company makes you the core in our operation. Your mission focuses on two major areas: 1) Analyzing and evaluating more complicated customer applications to deliver suitable offers. 2) Handling communication with customers via email, phone, chat and social media. We are truly passionate about being on the customers side and creating an outstanding customer experience. As a part of our tightly knit team you will impact the customer and the success of the company on a daily basis. * Providing clear and concise service, both in the written and spoken word. * Analyzing and dissecting credit applications, all while sticking to our credit policies. * Always look for improvements for our processes and our customer care - all in order to take our game to the next level. We offer exceptional options to combine the work with studies or another employment. Our working hours are scheduled for weekdays AND during weekends.
