Job Description

You will contribute to the product development of sleep products (beds) from product testing to final supplier validation. You will collaborate closely with international suppliers to ensure seamless integration and compliance with production standards. You will participate actively in R&D to drive innovation and optimize product design for scalability and cost-effectiveness. You will coordinate product development with internal stakeholders (Category Management, Procurement and others) and suppliers worldwide. You will monitor and report on project progress, profitability and risks. You will apply a customer-centric, agile approach in all projects. You will ensure deadlines are met while keeping costs on track.

Requirements

You have a genuine love for working with physical products and take satisfaction in creating something people enjoy using.
You’re studying Product/Industrial Engineering, Project Management, or another STEM discipline.
You can work well on your own and assume full ownership for the quality of your work.
You are able to handle several tasks at the same time and always keep the overview and prioritize accordingly.
You are hands-on and have a can-do mentality.
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
