Key Responsibilities * Support day-to-day Order Management operations for DACH customers * Monitor and analyze order flow, backlog, and delivery performance (e.g. OTD, confirmations, allocations) * Identify order-related issues (e.g. shortages, blocks, cuts) and support root cause analysis * Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Customer Supply Chain, Market Planning, Transportation, Sales) on order topics * Support process improvements and standardization within Order Management * Prepare analyses, reports, and management-ready summaries (Excel / PowerPoint) * Support specific projects and initiatives within Customer Supply Chain (e.g. efficiency, service, compliance topics) WHAT WE OFFER * Continuous mentorship: you will work with motivated people and receive day-to-day mentoring from your manager. * We love flexibility and support your studying.
