You will support operatively the PR department in all its day-to-day activities with a specific focus on the PR showroom management. * Manage and oversee the stock of the brand, including PR samples, shipments, recalls, inventory, and shooting-related logistics. * Follow up on shootings and returns to ensure smooth processes and timely delivery * Support all the PR and Communication events (seasonal presentations, press days, product launches) * Support the Manager in all the other Press Office activities (translations, press releases, gifting, press trips, etc) * Media Monitoring, press clippings and reporting
