Our 16,500 employees support 2 million chronic patients and provide medical gases and related services to 20,000 hospitals and new care facilities, as well as 140,000 healthcare professionals ALH is currently designing a specialized service offering for medical gases. To facilitate an effective deployment throughout our European subsidiaries, our goal is to convert strategic insights into a practical and compelling toolkit for users. We are looking for a Marketing & Project Management Intern to transform our global strategic vision into a ready-to-deploy "Plug & Play" toolkit for our international affiliates. Your Key Responsibilities: * Packaging and curation: Review, organize, and structure all existing documents and tools to create a seamless user journey for local teams. * Content creation and design: Enhance the visual identity and readability of our assets. You will produce high-quality materials such as implementation guides, slide decks, tutorials, and short videos. * Gap analysis: Identify any missing elements in the current offer and create new tools to ensure a 360° value proposal. * Continuous improvement: Collect feedback from early-adopter affiliates to iterate and refine the package for global scaling.
