We are excited to open our Graduate Traineeship for 2026, a two-year rotational programme designed to provide in-depth knowledge across a wide variety of critical business areas within the full real estate investment management lifecycle. During these 2 years you will typically complete 3 to 4 rotations across various departments that operate from different European office locations of Redevco. These departments include: * Investment Management * Transaction Management (equity & debt) * Capital Raising & Client Relations * Asset & Development management * Market Research * Logistics This program is an excellent opportunity for recent university graduates to join a growing company at an exciting time whilst developing a broad skill set across both the investment and operational sides of our business; all key ingredients for building a strong foundation for a successful career in real estate investment management at our company. You will benefit from hands-on learning and development opportunities by working alongside an experienced team in an entrepreneurial and collaborative culture. This will be supplemented by classroom-based training throughout the two-year program, provided both by internal Redevco colleagues and external trainers. Additionally, a mentor will follow and support your professional development throughout the program.
